Now the Rescue Service is looking for an administrator with a focus as a specialist in rescue services under high alert, security protection, continuity management and information security, etc. Do you want to be part of developing a rescue service at the forefront in a very expansive city? WORK DUTIES As an administrator within the rescue service under high alert (RUHB), you will continue our work with overall planning of war organization, planning of war capabilities and training within the organization, but also take responsibility for risk and vulnerability analyses, routines and other formalities required in security protection, information security work or the continuity management work. You work at the operational coordination section, which takes care of our emergency operations and contributes to Luleå being a rescue service at the forefront. You are responsible, analytical, solution-oriented and have high work motivation and want to develop and improve the rescue service. The position includes cooperating with other municipal rescue services, the county administration, the armed forces, other public organizations or volunteers and private business. The rescue service's ambition is to be a flexible organization, which means that tasks that are usually the responsibility of another section or unit may be included in the assignment. The division of tasks between sections/units takes place based on the needs of the business and the right competence for the assignment. Advantageously, you are a senior rescue officer who we can use as a task leader, regional task leader or other senior management function and then such duties may be added. The working hours are full-time, mainly daytime 40h/v, but the working hours can be arranged in other schedules if necessary. During operational duty, on-call and/or standby may be relevant. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have relevant university or college education, or equivalent work experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have several years of work experience from municipal rescue services, county administration, the Swedish Armed Forces or other relevant total defense authority. You need to have good knowledge of society's crisis preparedness in the area of ​​civil preparedness and total defense as well as security protection. As a person, you are analytical, driven, self-motivated and can coordinate processes and translate into results from complex and sometimes unclear contexts. You are pragmatic and solution-focused, i.e. find smart overall solutions. Furthermore, you are used to expressing yourself both orally and in writing, for different target groups and can work freely in Swedish. It is a prerequisite that you have at least a driving license class B and good IT skills at a basic level. The service is placed in a security class and requires an approved security assessment. Swedish citizenship is a requirement. Qualifications: • Academic degree with a relevant focus for the subject area (social science, political science, risk management, crisis preparedness, public safety or fire engineering training) • Several years of work experience from a relevant subject area Meritorious educations: • MSB's Management courses, 2B, 3.3 or RUB Meritorious experience: • Work as a rescue officer in the municipal rescue service, • planning and strategic work • risk and vulnerability analyses, • work with civil preparedness and • work with safety protection.
