The administration is part of the Food, Alcohol and Housing Adaptation section, where the housing adaptation team is now looking for an operational manager. In the team, we work to investigate and administer housing adaptation grants to our citizens. This is a municipal grant that can be applied for by people with disabilities to be able to stay in their home and live an independent life. The business is regulated by law and we work primarily based on the Act (2018:222) on housing adaptation grants. WORK DUTIES The work is varied and involves diary keeping in the case management system BAB, administrative support to our engineers, archiving, quotation review and customer contact. In your role as an administrator, you work both independently and are part of a team that makes decisions in cases for housing adaptation, receives quotes, has contact with the applicant, their caregivers, suppliers, occupational therapists and property owners. You manage the mail, the digital as well as the physical, handle invoices and sending out decisions. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a high school diploma and/or have experience that the employer deems equivalent. Merit is if you have worked with administrative tasks in the public sector. To succeed in the role of administrator, we see that you are confident, flexible and accurate. You need to have the ability to independently plan, structure and implement your work and that you actively participate in developing the business. You must dare to be curious and have a holistic approach with a good ability to collaborate and be able to communicate in a trust-inspiring way as you will be important in the contact with the applicants. As an administrator, you meet and collaborate with a large number of people of different ages and with different backgrounds. Driving license B is a requirement.
