The Resource Center within the Children and Education Administration is a support function for the school in Luleå Municipality and includes mother tongue, multilingualism, student health, Culture School and meal service. The resource center is led by the operations manager. The various units are led by unit managers. This is one of Luleå's most exciting and multicultural workplaces. The Resource Center especially monitors the rights of national minorities within the Children and Education Administration. Luleå municipality is an administrative area for Meänkieli, Sami and Finnish people. The resource center enriches and strengthens the work with children's and students' education. WORK DUTIES We are now looking for native language teachers in the following languages: • Meänkieli • Persian • German You will work as a mother tongue teacher in primary school and, if necessary, also in upper secondary school. Work as a study supervisor in the mother tongue can occur in primary and secondary schools. Work as a mother tongue supporter in preschool and preschool class may occur. Your workplace will be the different school units and the different school forms where children and students are. Your teaching will take place in the form of central teaching, distance teaching and local teaching. When employed, you undergo introductory training regarding your duties. You receive ongoing support in your professional role through various support functions at the workplace. You are part of a work team with colleagues in different languages ​​and you meet for, among other things, collegial collaboration and collegial learning. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a Swedish teaching license with authorization for mother-tongue teaching. You have very good knowledge of Swedish equivalent to Swedish 3/Swedish as a second language 3 or Swedish B/Swedish as a second language B. You must be able to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish. The language of the application must be your mother tongue and you must have very good knowledge of the language in speech and writing. By mother tongue here is meant the language you have as your daily language of communication and that you have lived and worked in cultures and societies where the mother tongue is spoken. The position may include an assignment to have study guidance in the mother tongue. You therefore have good language and subject knowledge in your mother tongue and Swedish in society-oriented subjects, nature-oriented subjects and mathematics. You have work experience from the Swedish school system and are familiar with the School Act and the curricula for the various school forms. You can adapt and vary your teaching. You are motivated by working on language, culture and identity development. You are a good leader in the classroom and can create trusting relationships with students, colleagues and management. You are flexible, easy to collaborate and independent. You are positive about new ideas and ways of working and want to constantly develop your teaching with learning in focus. If you lack teaching credentials but have the above skills and other academic education, you are still welcome with your application as there is in some cases the possibility of temporary employment according to the Education Act.
