QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have technical education at university/college level or other education with experience that is deemed equivalent. As the projects you will lead are larger and more complex, it is a requirement that you have documented several years of experience in project management of property-related projects. It is a requirement that you have good knowledge of the law on public procurement (LOU), procurement within contracts, contract law including AB, ABT and ABK. As a project manager, we assume that you are good at prioritizing and are structured, take initiative and achieve results. You have a good ability to lead others, collaborate and create good relationships. An important part of the work is dialogue and consultation with relevant stakeholders, therefore we see that you are trustworthy, clear and have good communication skills both verbally and in writing. You are open to learning new things and driven by the desire to improve and take on complex challenges in new ways and solutions. We would like you to have experience as a BAS P/U.
