WORK DUTIES With us, you run the recruitment process from start to finish in close collaboration with recruiting managers and you are responsible for the design and progress of the process. In the role of recruiter, you will have a central role in implementing competence-based recruitment in the municipality. You will also collaborate across municipalities to develop and change working methods as well as train and drive development to meet future recruitment needs. You work closely with the other recruiters with us, but also have many contact areas that span both the municipality as a whole and externally. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a driven and experienced recruiter. To succeed in the role, you therefore need several years of experience in working with competence-based recruitment. Degree in behavioral science or equivalent at university level is a requirement. It is advantageous if you have experience in outreach recruitment and if you are certified in occupational psychology tests. With a responsible approach and an ability to run recruitment processes independently, you are skilled at organizing and planning your work effectively. By working consultatively with managers, you maintain a consistently high level of service and ensure a positive candidate experience when interacting with applicants. You master your role with flexibility and confidence, which means that you can easily argue your case and take active initiative in social contexts. This ability facilitates the creation of good relationships and inspires you to think outside the box to find new and innovative solutions to old problems. OTHER Together we play an important role.
