WORK DUTIES As a social secretary at the children's and youth unit, you work with preliminary assessments, investigations, support and follow-up of interventions for children, young people and parents. We work according to BBIC (Barns Behov I Centrum), which is a uniform system for social child care. The goal of our work is to help parents manage their mutual relationships and the parental role better. Ultimately, the goal is for the children and young people in the families to be well. We aim to support families at an early stage and as far as possible at home. To achieve the goal, we collaborate with other resources, for example authorities and organisations. QUALIFICATIONS In order for you to be relevant for this position, you must have a genuine interest in working with this target group. In addition to this, applicants for this position must: • Be a trained sociologist • Be able to express yourself well in speech and writing • Hold a B driving licence As a person, you are structured, relationship-building and solution-oriented. Documenting experience and/or experience in social investigation and treatment work with children and young people is advantageous.
