Together with us, a group of committed and knowledgeable colleagues, you will work to make a difference for people in their everyday lives. The family home unit is located in central Luleå with newly renovated and fresh premises. The unit currently consists of nine social workers, eight family home secretaries, one family home consultant and a specialist social worker. With us, we have good cooperation and a positive working climate. We work continuously to develop the business so that we can be as good as possible for those we exist for. WORK DUTIES You are responsible for children and young people who are placed in family homes according to SoL and LVU, and handle all issues that may arise in the child's life, follow up the effort and cooperate with the responsible family home secretary. The aim of the work is for the child to develop well. The placements and efforts are followed up according to BBIC's life areas. Collaboration takes place both internally and externally and is an important part of the mission. For example, you collaborate with other units within social services, outpatient care and with schools and other authorities. As a new employee with us, you will have time to grow into the role. You get a mentor as well as training and guidance in the methods we use. We have regular case briefings, continuous method guidance and you are given the opportunity to reflect. Competence development can, in addition to education, involve participation in networks, internships, study visits and lectures. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest and commitment to working with children and young people. Furthermore, applicants must: • Have a degree in sociology • Have a B driving licence It is advantageous if you have experience of social investigation and treatment work with children and young people. As a person, you must be structured, solution-oriented and collaborative. In this process, we place great emphasis on personal competences. Access as soon as possible according to agreement.
