MRM Mining is an industrial and construction company. We take on projects in heavy industry, steel and concrete structures, machine installations, industrial construction. Now we are looking for a person who wants to be involved in keeping the whole together, both in terms of quality and coordination.

The role

As a KMA manager and project coordinator with us, you have a key role in our business. You'll work closely with project managers, supervisors, skilled workers and customers to ensure our projects are run safely, efficiently and in accordance with our certifications and requirements.

You'll be the person who ensures procedures are followed - but you'll also understand the realities of a workplace in full production.

Your main responsibilities

• Operate and manage MRM:s KMA system in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
• Support project managers and supervisors in KMA issues on an ongoing basis during the course of projects
• Plan, coordinate and follow up on multiple parallel projects
• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments and safety rounds
• Develop and update procedures, checklists and documentation
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and customer requirements
• Participate in the tender phase with KMA documentation and project planning
• Report deviations, drive improvement work and follow up actions

We are looking for you who

• Have documented experience of KMA work in construction - you know what it looks like when it is full speed on the construction site
• Are used to managing several projects in parallel without losing the thread
• Are self-driven and structured - you do not wait to be assigned tasks, you see what needs to be done and get on with it
• Have a good understanding of ISO standards and systematic KMA work
• Communicate clearly, both with skilled workers in the field and with project management
• Have a B driving license (travel occurs to projects in other locations)

Advantageous

• Education in KMA, work environment, construction technology or similar
• Experience from industrial, mining or construction projects
• Experience in certification work or external audits
• Knowledge of relevant regulations (AFS, Building and construction standards)
