Are you the one?

With us, you’ll be working right in the thick of things at a fast-paced company. We’re looking for someone who writes clearly, enjoys making complex information easier to understand, and wants to contribute to effective communication across the organization.

Nammo Raufoss is a cornerstone company in the Raufoss industrial park with over 1,700 employees. We are part of an international group that develops and manufactures advanced technology for defense and aerospace. What we do places high demands on us as an organization, including how we communicate internally.

Your role with us

This is an operational communications role where you will be responsible for your own tasks and deliverables within internal communications and content production, as well as some work related to external communications and visibility. You’ll work independently to plan, produce, and carry out your tasks, while also being part of a professional team where you’ll receive support and input when you need it.

Your workday is varied, and you’ll create content for various channels—primarily internal, but also some external. This may involve writing articles, developing content for presentations, or contributing to simple visual tasks such as images and graphics. A good eye for visuals is important for making content clear and professional. You’ll also contribute to projects and collaborate with various professional teams. This will give you insight into the organization and how communication helps achieve goals and drive results.

Over time, your responsibilities will increase, both in terms of your own deliverables and as a communications specialist providing support in projects and to managers.

Your responsibilities will typically include

  • writing articles for the intranet and other internal channels

  • producing and adapting content for presentations and other communication platforms

  • creating content for LinkedIn and other external platforms

  • assisting with internal communication in projects and change initiatives

  • contributing to the structure and improvement of the intranet

  • following up on practical communication tasks and coordination

We’re looking for someone who

  • has relevant experience in communications, content production, or similar work

  • has a relevant college or graduate degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in communications, media, languages, or a related field

  • writes clearly and concisely

  • is proficient in Office, including Teams, SharePoint, and similar tools

  • works in a structured manner and takes responsibility for seeing tasks through to completion

  • have an excellent command of Norwegian, both written and spoken, and possess good English skills

  • are curious, take initiative, and work well with others

It’s an advantage if you’ve created presentations or other content before and know what it takes to make a message come across as professional—both linguistically and visually—and tailored to the channel and target audience. Familiarity with basic image or video editing tools is also an advantage.

With us, you’ll get

  • a stable and secure workplace in a rapidly growing company

  • a great work environment with wonderful colleagues

  • colleagues who involve you and actively engage in communication

  • competitive terms

  • flexible work schedules
