As HR Specialist Recruitment & Employer Branding, you will be part of a dedicated HR team of 15 people, working together to support our 1600 employees at Raufoss and contribute to Nammo's future growth. You will be responsible for ensuring a professional and efficient recruitment process, while at the same time helping to build our Employer Brand and make Nammo visible as an attractive employer. It will be a hectic and varied working day, with good team players around you who play you well.

Duties:

• Assist managers in Nammo as an advisor and support in the recruitment process.

• Participate in all phases of the recruitment process when needed.

• Develop targeted campaigns to profile our positions and strengthen Nammo's visibility as an employer.

• Participate in relevant meeting places and arenas to build networks and market Nammo as an attractive workplace.

• Contribute to development and improvement projects in the HR area.

We are looking for you who have:

• Relevant experience from leading and conducting entire recruitment processes.

• Higher education in HR, communication, organizational development or equivalent (an advantage, but not a requirement)

• Good communication skills orally and in writing, and who conveys a message in a simple and understandable way.

• Understanding that recruitment is both challenging and an important investment for the company.

• Good insight into the use of digital channels and marketing.

• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English.
