Nammo is growing, and we are strengthening the HSE department with an advisor who will contribute to safety, quality and sustainability throughout the business.

With us, you will have an important role in further developing HSE work and ensuring safety for people, the environment and operations. The HSE department is responsible for the external environment, working environment, physical safety and information security, and ensures that laws and standards are followed in practice. As an HSE advisor, you will be responsible for risk assessments, incident management and updating safety instructions. You'll work closely with both management and projects, helping to ensure that safety systems develop in line with the company's needs. You will also participate in contact with authorities and partners, and contribute to a comprehensive and modern HSE system for the entire company.

Tasks:

  • Further develop and manage the company's risk assessment concept.

  • Support departments in risk assessments and incident management.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and customer requirements.

  • Conduct internal audits.

  • Update and improve safety instructions.

  • Contribute to the HSE department's work on health, safety, environment and security.

We are looking for you who have:

  • Relevant education/courses in HSE, civil protection, fire protection, explosion protection or industrial protection. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education.

  • Experience from HSE work, knowledge of Human and Organisational Performance (HOP) is positive.
