Nammo is growing, and we are looking for an HSE specialist who will help ensure safety, quality and development in our most exciting and socially important projects.
As an HSE specialist, you will be responsible for safety in machine approval, construction projects and explosion protection. You will be the professional in the HSE department - the one who both knows and shares knowledge. Tasks:
Ensure safe and correct machine approval in our projects
Contribute in construction projects with expertise in explosion protection and SHA
Support colleagues throughout the organization with HSEquestions and risk assessments
Helping to prevent accidents - and ensuring we are best equipped should they happen
Collaborating closely with experienced professionals and drawing on both internal and external expertise
We are looking for you who have:
Education in technical subjects, HSE, automation or chemistry (relevant experience can compensate)
Good collaboration skills and a sincere commitment to safety
Good communication skills in Norwegian and English
Ability to work independently, structured and efficiently
You thrive in a fast pace, find good solutions and are able to keep calm when a lot is happening at once. It's an advantage if you're familiar with energetic materials, major accident regulations or machinery regulations - but the most important thing is that you're willing to learn, collaborate well and can pass on knowledge.
