About the Role
As a Contract Manager with us, you will be a key player in the department responsible for contracts and proposals related to high-tech products. You will work closely with both the sales and project departments to ensure that contracts align with our goals and strategies. The role also involves daily contact with colleagues and customers in Norway, Europe, and the U.S.
Responsibilities and Duties
Drafting and participating in negotiations of commercial and contractual terms in proposals and contracts, in collaboration with the sales and project departments
Reviewing contract documents and proposing improvements based on previous projects and/or experience
Implementing and monitoring contractual matters throughout the project and contract period
Documenting in accordance with processes and procedures, and contributing to their continuous improvement
Collaborate and evaluate together with key subject matter experts in the company to achieve necessary goals and results
Support and contribute to improvements/changes within the department and throughout the organization

We’re looking for someone who has
A college degree in business or law, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience with contract work and project management is a plus.
Knowledge of Norwegian export legislation is a plus, but training will be provided.
Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
