The mechanical department at Nammo Raufoss is looking for a committed and proactive supervisor who wants to help run and further develop one of our production areas. You will have a central role in a high-tech and socially critical production environment, where safe operation, quality at all stages and good cooperation are crucial.

The role combines operational management with responsibility for HSE, workforce planning and efficient implementation of production. You will be part of a large and competent department with over 300 employees who work with everything from ammunition components to advanced aerospace and rocket components.

Tasks:

  • Lead the work on the production of ammunition components, with a strong focus on safety and quality.

  • Continuous focus on LEAN and improvement work.

  • Continuous work on HSE and personnel development.

  • Personnel follow-up and workforce planning.

  • Participate in and carry out safety and risk assessments.

  • Collaborate with the project and development department and own organization to make the best use of resources.

We are looking for you who:

  • Have technical vocational school or other relevant vocational education.

  • Have management experience (this is not a requirement, but is emphasized positively).

  • Have knowledge of LEAN and improvement work.

  • Be fluent in Norwegian and English, orally and in writing.

  • Have good computer skills.
