As an employee in Team WinTid, you will have a key role in the everyday lives of over 1500 employees at Nammo Raufoss. You work with our time registration system (WinTid) and ensure that everything from absence to variable supplements is registered correctly.

The position is organized as part of the HR department, and works closely with payroll and system supplier, and gets the opportunity to influence both processes and system.

Tasks

• Provide user support to employees and managers in WinTid

• Administer users, accesses and rule sets

• Support the payroll process with controls and reports

• Develop guides and training materials

• Test and quality assure system changes

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll and supplier on improvements

We are looking for you who have

• Relevant education in administration or service, but experience can compensate for lack of education

• Knowledge of the use of time registration systems

• Experience with the Working Environment Act and collective agreements

• Good written and oral communication skills in Norwegian and English

• Very good skills in Microsoft Office/365 and digital collaboration tools
