Nammo Raufoss AS is looking for a new team leader for the quality assurance department within Aerospace Propulsion (AP). The department currently consists of approx. 30 employees who support the organization in production or contribute to quality assurance of our production and development projects. The department is currently led by Manager Quality Assurance AP and a team leader. This position will be an important part of our commitment to quality and competence development.

As a team leader, you will have personnel responsibility for parts of the department, and have an additional responsibility to support, guide and train the organization within quality work. At the same time, you will have a central role in further developing the quality work in AP, and become an important sparring partner for quality coordinators, managers and other employees in Nammo. We are looking for someone who enjoys developing people and building competence, and making quality understandable and practical in everyday life. The position reports to Manager Quality Assurance AP.

Responsibilities and tasks

• Lead and further develop the quality assurance department in collaboration with the quality assurance manager

• Plan, implement and further develop training and competence measures within quality for employees in Nammo

• Coordinate courses with external actors

• Contribute to establishing and further developing common working methods and best practices across the organization

• Support and contribute to our development programs when needed

• Be a professional sparring partner within quality, improvement work and methodology

• Contribute to continuous improvement processes and strengthening of the quality culture

• Personal responsibility and daily management of employees in the department

Qualifications

• Higher education relevant to production, quality work or training

• Good professional competence in quality assurance and improvement work is an advantage

• Experience from manufacturing or quality work is desirable

• Experience with or interest in training, competence development and supervision
