The explosives department at Nammo Raufoss is looking for an assistant supervisor. The department consists of 140 employees who produce ammunition and ammunition components. There are 15-30 operators in each production unit in addition to support resources. The job consists of facilitating a good production flow.

Responsibilities:

You will assist the supervisor in his/her tasks and be a deputy, in addition, you will be given responsibility in certain areas.

Tasks:

• Facilitate and ensure good use of ERP system

• Production planning

• Shift schedules

• Inventory/counting

• Assist teams with various tasks

• Department contact person for IT

• Purchase of consumables

• Be prepared to support the department with various tasks
