
Nammo owns around 200 buildings in Raufoss Industrial Park, most of which are leased from Raufoss Industrial Park (RI) through a "bare house" agreement, where Nammo has full responsibility for maintenance, replacements and technical installations. In addition, Nammo owns several buildings within the industrial park, properties at its own test center and a corporate hotel.
Property management has so far been decentralized, but will now be gathered in a newly established property department with five employees. In this connection, we are now looking for a property manager who will have overall responsibility for the development, operation and maintenance of Nammo's property portfolio at Raufoss. As Property Manager, you will lead a competent and committed team, and have an overall responsibility across disciplines. The position combines strategic tasks with operational work, and you will be a key person in ensuring efficient, safe and sustainable management of Nammo's properties.
Tasks
Overall responsibility for operation, maintenance and development of Nammos properties at Raufoss
Lead and develop the real estate department with a focus on professional quality and efficient use of resources
Prepare and follow up maintenance plans, projects and budgets
Ensure that buildings and technical facilities meet HSE requirements, safety and environmental requirements
Collaborate closely with internal users, professional communities and external suppliers
Contribute to strategic planning and further development of the property portfolio
Qualifications
A bachelor's or master's degree in construction, real estate, technical subjects or equivalent. If you have solid experience from property management or technical operations, you are also encouraged to apply, even if you do not meet formal educational requirements.
Experience with property management, operations or project management - preferably from industry or large real estate portfolios
Relevant management experience with the ability to build a strong interdisciplinary team
Good financial understanding and experience with budgeting and contract follow-up
Knowledge of relevant legislation in construction, HSE and technical facilities
