
Nammo is an international industrial company with strong roots in Raufoss, and with over 1600 employees. We develop and produce advanced technological solutions for the defense industry and the space sector.
At our test center at Bradalsmyra outside Raufoss, we carry out everything from development tests and qualification to production tests, demonstrations and customer tests. The environment is characterized by high competence, close cooperation and continuous development and consists of approx. 50 employees.
Now we are looking for a test engineer for the shooting range group, who will have a key role in planning and coordinating test activity in collaboration with both internal departments and external customers.

Plan and coordinate test execution in the short and long term in dialogue with customers and available resources.
Receive and quality-assure test requisitions, as well as distribute these further.
Contribute to projects and processes to ensure the right capacity and expertise at the test center.
Be an active contributor to the test center's improvement work (LEAN).
Participate in the planning and implementation of customer visits and demonstrations.
Contribute in the test center's morning meetings together with the process engineers.
Participate in the shooting range group's daily tasks and operations.
Relevant vocational school or college education in logistics or technical subjects.
Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
Good computer and IT skills.
Experience from operations and project management.
Experience from testing or knowledge of Nammo's products is an advantage.
Knowledge of improvement methodology (Lean, 6 Sigma).
Good skills in Norwegian and English, both oral and written.
