Who are we?
Nammo Raufoss is a leading player in defense and aerospace technology, located in Raufoss Industrial Park, one of the country's largest industrial parks. As part of the international Nammo Group, we develop rocket engines, ammunition and aerospace products for Norway and our allies. We are looking for candidates for the following roles:
Quality Assurance Engineer - Project QA Development
- Ensure that quality requirements are met in development projects from concept to finished product, and ensure that we develop robust products
Quality Assurance Engineer - Project QA Serial Production
- Follow up our qualified products, and ensure that these meet the technical requirements set for the product, as well as certify the products before delivery.
Quality Assurance Engineer - Production
- Assist in increased quality understanding in our production environments and support our quality assurance processes in these areas.
Your tasks will include:
Support and quality assure activities in line with Nammos management system.
Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
Identify and risk assess quality challenges.
Initiate and lead improvement and streamlining projects.
Establish and review project-specific documents and technical documentation.
Collaborate closely with production, projects and suppliers to ensure quality at all stages.
We are looking for someone who:
Has an interest in the quality profession, preferably with expertise and experience from quality assurance in different parts of the value chain.
Has a higher education in technical subjects, engineering or equivalent relevant experience. Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Preferably have experience of quality assurance in industrial production, development projects or the defense industry.
Have knowledge of ISO9001 or other quality standards.
Enjoys collaborating across disciplines and has strong communication skills in Norwegian and English.
Is analytical, structured and solution-oriented.
The position requires that the candidate can be security cleared by national security authorities and that a valid police certificate can be presented.
