Nammo Raufoss AS is growing, and as part of the development of our technical infrastructure, we are now looking for an automation engineer with a main focus on building automation and SD systems.

We are facing the establishment of a modern and comprehensive SD system that will cover the entire company's infrastructure. The project is a key part of our commitment to energy optimization (Enøk), sustainability and efficient future-oriented operations.

As an automation engineer, you will play an important role in the work of establishing, installing and further developing the SD system, as well as contributing to the best possible control and monitoring of technical systems in our buildings. The position involves close cooperation with resources working with buildings and infrastructure, and gives you the opportunity to help shape the technical solutions of the future at Nammo Raufoss.

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Project management.

  • Program, install, develop and operate the company's SD system.

  • Increase follow-up, reporting and development of new goals.

  • Assist in troubleshooting, testing and commissioning of technical solutions.

  • Ensure that the company meets current and future requirements for energy follow-up.

Desired qualifications:

  • High school of engineering or technical college in electrical or automation. Relevant practice can compensate for formal competence.

  • Preferably 5 to 10 years of experience in the field.

  • Experience with design and operation of control systems for buildings.

  • Good knowledge and understanding of HSE.

  • Very good computer skills.

  • Good communication skills, both in Norwegian and English.
