Nammo is in the process of building up a new department for digitization, which will drive modernization and improvement of our work processes. In this connection, we are now looking for an Application Specialist Finance who will be the link between finance/economics and technology. You will play a key role in shaping how digital tools and our ERP solution (D365 F&O) support accounting, controlling, and finance processes, and become a resource person to streamline and modernize finance/finance in Nammo Raufoss.

In the role, you will contribute to ensuring that the system supports our business processes in an efficient, user-friendly and standardized way. You will be an expert in processes and routines related to finance and accounting transactions, and have deep understanding and knowledge related to ERP and other support tools we use.

Main tasks:

• Be process owner for Finance in ERP and other support tools

• Ensure that work processes in ERP are aligned with business needs and group standards

• Provide training and support to key users and line organization

• Document processes, routines and changes

• Participate in testing, approval and roll-out of changes to the ERP solution

• Keep up to date on new functionality and be a driver for its implementation

• Identify and drive automation and efficiency initiatives

• Collaborate closely with the finance and treasury department to and Finance to ensure systems meet business needs and compliance requirements

• Interact with the corporate CORE team and participate in professional forums

• Coordinate user meetings as needed

Desired qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance or other relevant field. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education

• Experience from a manufacturing company and/or ERP systems, preferably D365 F&O

• Good understanding of how a finance department is organized and operated.

• Knowledge of NGAAP or other relevant accounting standards is an advantage

• Good understanding of system work, data quality and change management

• Good oral and written presentation skills in Norwegian and English
