At Nammo Raufoss, you will have the opportunity to help develop the defense and aerospace technology of the future. You will be part of a strong professional environment with around 100 design engineers working on groundbreaking solutions for our allies. The design departments at Nammo Raufoss provide services to two business areas: Aerospace Propulsion and Ammunition. We are now looking for design engineers for both areas, where you will contribute to the development of either rocket engines, propulsion systems, advanced ammunition products or production equipment.

As part of the international Nammo Group, we develop rocket engines, ammunition and aerospace products for Norway and our allies. We work closely with other companies in the industrial park to develop and produce the best solutions. We are located just over an hour from Oslo Airport and 1.5 hours from Oslo. Your tasks include, among other things, to:
working with product design and technology development
designing tools and production equipment
using analysis tools such as NX Design and Simulation to run tolerance and strength calculations
preparing technical documentation and production documentation
contributing to continuous improvement processes
You work in project teams together with analysis, materials and test engineers to create robust and sustainable designs.
We are looking for you who have:
Higher education in product development and production, machinery, design or equivalent.
Professional certificates are weighted positively.
experience with CAD is positive, but not a requirement.
understanding of GPS (Geometrical Product Specifications) is an advantage.
good Norwegian and English language skills.
driving license class B.
