
The explosives department at Nammo Raufoss AS is a leading player in the production of energetic materials and the assembly of ammunition and shoulder-fired weapons. We develop and produce ammunition components, rocket systems and finished ammunition for military use, and are an important contributor to national and international security. The department has around 170 employees, and the process department consists of 25 engineers with varied backgrounds and high professional expertise. Our engineers play a key role in the further development of production, and we work continuously to modernize and automate both new and existing production equipment.
To further strengthen the professional environment, we are now looking for both process engineers and technical project managers. Follow-up of production processes and product areas
Be a participant and/or project manager for investment projects
Ensure effective interaction with management, operators and maintenance personnel
Ensure progress and timely delivery of production equipment and documentation
Experience as a process engineer and/or technical project manager from the goods-producing industry
Experience with product and/or process development
Technical education at vocational school, bachelor's or master's level, preferably in machine, electrical or automation
A systematic and structured way of working, with the ability to create progress in demanding and changing environments
Good collaboration skills and confidence in interacting with different stakeholders
Ability to take responsibility, make decisions and coordinate resources
