Who are we?

Nammo Raufoss is a leading player in defense and aerospace technology, located in Raufoss Industrial Park, one of the country's largest industrial parks. As part of the international Nammo Group, we develop rocket engines, ammunition and aerospace products for Norway and our allies. We work closely with other companies in the industrial park to create the best solutions. We're just over an hour from Oslo Airport and 1.5 hours from Oslo. Here you will be close to great nature, whether you like skiing in the winter or hiking in the summer.

Duties:

You will be involved in developing rocket engine and aerospace products in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Your tasks include, among other things, to:

  • working with product design and technology development

  • designing tooling and manufacturing equipment

  • using analysis tools such as NX Design and Simulation to run tolerance and strength calculations

  • preparing technical documentation and production documentation

  • contributing to continuous improvement processes

You will work in project teams together with analysis, material and test engineers to create robust and sustainable designs.

We are looking for you who have:

  • Higher education in product development and production, machine, design or equivalent.

  • Professional certificates are weighted positively.

  • Experience with CAD is positive, but not a requirement.

  • Understanding of GPS (Geometrical Product Specifications) is an advantage.

  • Good Norwegian and English skills.

  • Driver's license class B.
