Are you the one?

We are looking for two new employees for system and user support. In this role, you will be part of our PLM team, supporting over 1,000 users across the organization.

The job is well suited for those who like to combine technology, dialogue with users and practical problem solving - and who want to be a key person in keeping our PLM platform robust and modern. You will be part of the PLM/PDM group (Product Lifecycle Management/Product Data Management) at Nammo Raufoss, which currently consists of 9 employees. The group is responsible for operation, user support, training, further development and maintenance of our PLM/PDM system, Windchill.

With Windchill, we handle all electronic product data throughout the entire product life cycle - from idea to finished product. The number of users and functions in the system is increasing, which is why we need more colleagues who can provide good support and ensure that the system works as well as possible every day.

Tasks:

  • User support and user training

  • Preparing documentation and guides

  • Testing application extensions and new functionality

We envisage that you have:

  • Bachelor's degree/3-year higher education

  • Alternatively experience from PLM/PDM and/or CAD systems

  • Experience from user support

  • Good knowledge of IT

  • Good communication skills in Norwegian and English
