Nammo Raufoss AS is a company with over 1300 employees. We are part of an international group that develops and manufactures the technological equipment of the future for civilian and military customers.

The maintenance department at Nammo Raufoss AS consists of 55 employees. The department is divided into 8 zone workshops and is responsible for the maintenance of the company's machines, equipment and buildings. The positions as group leader will be part of the maintenance department's white-collar group consisting of 18 people. Nammo is a growing company, with many exciting projects that will provide good opportunities for professional development in an engaging work environment.

The maintenance department is looking for 2 group leaders who will be responsible for leading 4 zone workshops in the department.

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Personal responsibility for zone personnel

  • Follow-up and development of HSE and quality and performance targets

  • Dispose and prioritize personnel

  • Plan, coordinate and follow up work orders

  • Be the link between the operations department and the responsible zone workshop

  • Active work with continuous improvement work

  • Participate in project work and lead smaller projects against machines, equipment or buildings

Qualifications:

  • Engineering school, technical college and/or professional certificate in electrical or mechanical subjects

  • Advantageous with experience from management, but not a requirement

  • Working experience from industrial maintenance work

  • Advantageous with knowledge/experience from working in explosive areas

  • Advantageous with experience from industry-related projects

  • Good experience with maintenance systems, f.e.g. Hexagon EAM

  • Good knowledge of HSE

  • Good technical understanding

  • Good computer skills

  • Good written and oral skills in Norwegian and English
