The rocket engine factory at Raufoss is now looking for a committed process engineer to join our team of 25 specialists with different professional backgrounds. What is the job?

As a process engineer, you play a central role in our work on the development, testing and industrialization of rocket engine technology. You'll combine analytical skills with practical problem solving and help turn ideas into reality. Everyday life is varied, and together with colleagues you will drive both innovation and continuous improvements in our production.

Tasks:

  • Work closely with the development environment

  • Participate in testing and development of our systems

    • . testing and development of our systems

    • Prototype work (machining and assembly)

    • Develop and industrialize our processes

    • Be a driver of continuous improvement work (Lean)

    We are looking for you who have:

    • engineering education at vocational school / bachelor's level or equivalent

    • experience or professional certificate in industrial mechanics and automation technicians

    • good technical insight and interest in interdisciplinary issues

    • good knowledge of machining (turning and milling)

    • good communication skills in Norwegian and English, verbal and written

    • good computer skills
