Nammo is in strong growth, and will expand its HSE department in the field of security. The positions are new to Nammo, and they will help staff a dedicated team that will support both Nammo Raufoss AS and Nammo AS. The positions will be part of the HSE department of Nammo Raufoss AS.

The following positions will be filled:

• Security Advisor, Personnel and Infrastructure

• Security Advisor, Intelligence

Security Advisor, Personnel and Infrastructure shall, together with Security Advisor, Intelligence, form the backbone of our security organization to secure Nammo's human and material assets. The person will provide professional advice to those who have this need within personnel security, as well as further develop our strategy for securing our physical assets. Security planning of events and travel will also belong to the position, as well as the exercise of physical security when needed.

Security Advisor, Intelligence collects, processes and distributes intelligence information from available sources so that Nammo can make good decisions for securing our assets. The work area will mainly be in Europe, with emphasis on the Nordic countries. The candidate must also be able to plan and provide security to our employees and our building assets in collaboration with the others in the department when needed. We are therefore looking for a person who has a background and experience in information gathering, information processing and the production of decision-making documents. As the holder of the position must expect to do security assignments, operational experience will count positively.

Common to these two positions is that we are looking for candidates who have a broad relevant security background either from the Armed Forces, the police or other security organizations, both operationally and organizationally. Personal qualities such as the ability to build organizations, culture and cooperation are important. The positions will be demanding and exciting for the right applicants. Some travel must be expected.

Qualifications:

• Relevant operational experience from either the Armed Forces, the police or other security organizations

• Experience in obtaining and processing information, as well as preparing reports to provide a good basis for decision-making in a complex organization (emphasized in one position)

• You must have a good command of Norwegian and English, both orally and in writing

• It is an absolute requirement for both positions that you can be security cleared for level SECRET.

• You are able to familiarize yourself with relevant legal texts or other sources
