
OMA-L (Main Warehouse) at Nammo Raufoss is growing rapidly and plays a key role in supplying the entire business. With over 8500 articles in circulation, we are a critical support function for logistics and interaction across all departments. We are now looking for a committed process engineer who can help us take our operations to the next level, develop robust work processes and see the connections that make the whole system work seamlessly.
In this role, you will have a broad and varied working day where you can develop professionally and play an important role in our improvement projects. You will work to optimize and standardize processes and create lasting improvements through Lean methodology. With us, you will be an important supporter in ensuring effective solutions that contribute to our position as a leading player in the defense industry.
Duties:
Analyze, improve and standardize work processes in line with Lean principles
Contribute in the development and optimization of the ERP system workflow
Collaborate closely with different departments to ensure efficient and robust processes
Manage operational challenges in an operational environment
Participate in improvement projects and drive own initiatives
Prepare documentation, reports and presentations
Conduct risk assessments
Desirable qualifications:
Good understanding of Lean and continuous improvement
Experience with ERP systems (eg.e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Visma or similar)
Education from vocational school or higher - relevant experience can compensate
Good Norwegian and English skills, both oral and written
