Nammo is one of the world's leading manufacturers of specialty munitions and rocket engines, and has aerospace and ramjet technology as part of its portfolio. Nammo Raufoss is the largest company in the Nammo group and has co-located development, production and test center at Raufoss. We have around 230 skilled engineers working on the development of new products. An important part of the development work is to analyze, among other things, advanced material technology, complex and innovative design solutions, as well as modern production methods. As an engineer with us, you follow the products closely from the concept phase to series production.
Are you curious about whether you can use your professional skills in a company that works with high-tech products? Through the Nammo Aerospace Engineer Program, you get the opportunity to challenge yourself, your abilities and interests within different disciplines with us.
You'll be a permanent employee from day one, and for the first two years you'll have the opportunity to work in several different departments such as R&D, quality assurance, logistics, testing and production. When the period is over, we'll work together to find the department that best suits you and your skills. The scheme gives you a rare opportunity to build solid experience across disciplines, while exploring where you thrive the most.
The start date is September 1, 2026.
We are looking for graduates with a BSc, MSc or PhD, if you have a professional certificate it will be positively emphasized. If you have worked for a few years, we are also interested in you.
