At the rocket engine factory at Nammo Raufoss, over 270 dedicated employees work to develop and produce world-class rocket engines. We are now looking for a structured and committed supervisor for our motor tube production department, which involves machining, welding and pressing. You'll play a key role in an exciting, growing company, closely linked to development environments and cutting-edge technology. Does this sound like something for you? Tasks:

  • Lead the production of rocket engines, with a strong focus on safety and quality.

  • Continuous focus on LEAN and improvement work.

  • Continuous work on HSE and personnel development.

  • Personnel follow-up and workforce planning.

  • Participate in and carry out safety and risk assessments.

  • Collaborate with the project and development department and your own organization to make the best possible use of resources.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a technical college or other relevant vocational education.

  • Have management experience (this is not a requirement, but is emphasized positively).

  • Have knowledge of LEAN and improvement work.

  • Be fluent in Norwegian and English, orally and in writing.

  • Have good computer skills.
