The design department in Aerospace Propulsion consists of about 80 employees. In this role, you will lead a group of about 20 engineers who work with design and development in both development and production projects within advanced rocket engine and aerospace technology.
You will be part of a management team that works closely together to ensure good operations, clear priorities and further development of the department. The role gives you the power to influence both how your team develops and how the department works in the future.

Lead, support and develop the engineers in the design department

Engineering degree (BSc, MSc) in industrial subjects. Other relevant education/experience may also be relevant
relevant management experience, preferably from industry
experience in design work or product development is positively emphasized
