At Nammo Raufoss Aerospace Propulsion, logistics is a key function in the implementation of our deliveries. We are now looking for a Logistics Engineer who will help ensure efficient material flow, good production planning and high delivery security.

The Logistics department consists of 20 skilled employees and is responsible for planning material procurement, production and progress monitoring. As a Logistics Engineer, you will be an important contributor to the entire value chain, from the time a contract is signed with the customer until the delivery is ready for shipment. The role provides good opportunities to influence working methods and further develop the logistics function together with committed and competent colleagues.

The position reports to Manager Logistics.

Your main tasks:

• Planning and follow-up of material procurement and production

• Financial follow-up of orders and maintenance of master data in ERP system

• Contribute to optimal flow of goods with focus on delivery security and working capital

• Analyze and improve logistics processes and support systems

• Close cooperation with production, purchasing, project and other support functions

Desired qualifications:

• MSc/BSc or vocational school in supply chain, logistics, machinery or equivalent

• Experience from a manufacturing company is an advantage

• Competence in logistics, ERP systems and MS Office

• Good English skills, both written and spoken
