
The explosives department at Nammo Raufoss today consists of 160 skilled employees who every day contribute to delivering high quality ammunition and ammunition components. We are now looking for a supervisor who wants to take a key role in this important part of the business.

As a supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient and stable production, with responsibility for both HSE, workforce planning and follow-up of employees on a daily basis.
You will have daily responsibility for 30 employees in your production area. This includes following up on shift schedules, recruitment and staffing in general. You will ensure that the employees have the right skills and continuously develop themselves further.
You will be responsible for daily follow-up of production, local production and staffing planning, responsibility for inventories and productivity follow-up in your own unit. You will be a driving force for improvement work with a focus on LEAN.
We have many established production processes with a wide range from manual operations to highly automated processes, you will be a driving force for continuous improvement work and the use of digital tools. The department will carry out several major projects in the coming years where you will influence the design of the changes.
