The Mechanical Department (OPM) at Nammo Raufoss has over 300 employees and is growing rapidly. We produce components for ammunition and rocket engines, for both military and aerospace purposes. We are now looking for committed process engineers to join our dynamic and interdisciplinary team consisting of 25 engineers with different professional backgrounds.

As a process engineer, you will not only have the opportunity to develop professionally and technically, but also be involved in a number of exciting projects. You will work to continuously improve current processes, as well as industrialize production for new and existing products. At the same time, you will be a driving force for continuous improvement work through Lean principles, which will help Nammo maintain its position as a world-leading supplier of defense products.

Desirable qualifications:

  • Engineering degree in industrial engineering, mechanical, electrical or automation

  • Prior experience can compensate for formal education. Experience with CNC is a great advantage.

  • Good technical understanding

  • Experience from production, continuous improvement work and investment projects

  • Good Norwegian language skills, both written and oral
