We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong industrial background and great leadership skills to drive the successful execution of our development programs. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver mission-critical hardware that powers the next generation of space exploration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of propulsion system development, from concept through qualification and delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, testing, and quality assurance.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with aerospace standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the aerospace or defence industry.
Candidates without project management experience, who wish to build a project management career from a strong technical background can also be considered.
Proven experience leading hardware development projects, ideally involving propulsion or flight systems.
Strong understanding of space systems, propulsion technologies, and aerospace project lifecycles.
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
