The rocket engine factory has approx. 240 employees and produces rocket engines for both military purposes and aerospace products. We are looking for a dedicated Project Engineer to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary team of 20 engineers with different professional backgrounds.

Duties:
You will work to industrialize production processes for new and existing products, develop and optimize our processes and carry out investment projects to adopt new technology. At the same time, you will be a driver for continuous improvement work through Lean principles, which will help Nammo maintain its position as a world-leading supplier of defense products. You have tasks that help ensure that production documentation is prepared in accordance with requirements and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree in industrial engineering, mechanical, electrical or automation
- Good technical understanding, experience in production, continuous improvement work and investment projects
- The ability to transfer theory into practice
