We are now looking for people to join our quality assurance team:

The role will be in an established production environment, with responsibility for continuous improvement, support for production and follow-up of quality work close to operations. With us, you will be part of a solid quality assurance environment with 40 engineers, and will work closely with operations, technology and professional environments to ensure that our products maintain high quality - every single time.

To succeed in the role, you should have a practical approach to improvement work, work in a structured way to solve challenges, thrive in collaboration with different professional environments and have the ability to implement. You will be responsible for strengthening the quality culture in production through practical support, leading improvement projects and ensuring that requirements and standards are met in practice.

Our quality work touches on disciplines such as mechanical design, materials technology, chemistry, electronics and production processes. Knowledge of one or more of these is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have an interest in improvement work and want to work closely with production.

Your work tasks will include:

  • Support production in deviation management, root cause analysis and quality improvement

  • Lead and contribute to improvement projects and risk analysis (P-FMEA)

  • Collaborate closely with QA engineers and production to ensure that internal and external quality requirements are met

  • Ensure proper use and follow-up of control methods such as FAI, SPC and MSA

  • Participate in relevant meetings and be an active driver for continuous improvement

We are looking for you who:

  • Have a higher education in engineering or other technical education that provides a good understanding of production and quality

  • Have experience of quality work in industry or production environment, preferably close to operations

  • Have experience or good knowledge of methods such as SPC, MSA, 5x why, Ishikawa, P-FMEA, 5S and lean

  • Have knowledge of AS9100 or other quality standards

  • Enjoy collaborating across disciplines and have strong communication skills

  • Are independent, structured and love to make things happen

We offer:

  • Good opportunities for learning and development

  • A work environment with a culture of making each other great, based on our values; commitment, precision and care

  • A solid and safe workplace with competitive conditions

  • Flexible working hours

  • Good arrangements for pension savings, salary and parental leave

The position requires that the candidate can be security cleared by national security authorities and that a valid police certificate can be presented.

Do you want to help shape how we work with quality in practice? We look forward to hearing from you!
