We are looking for a proactive and committed Contract Manager for our ammunition contract department at Nammo Raufoss. The department consists of a total of 14 employees, and has a central role in many of the most important processes in the company. The department also has extensive contact with other professional environments in the company and parts of the group globally.
The position offers great opportunities for professional and personal development. You will primarily work with tenders and contract-related tasks related to high-tech products for international customers across various professional environments.
Work tasks:
- Drafting and participating in the negotiation of commercial and contractual terms in tenders and contracts, in collaboration with the sales and project departments
- Reviewing contractual documents and suggesting improvements based on previous projects and/or experiences
- Conducting and following up on contractual matters during the project and agreement period
- Documenting in accordance with processes and routines and contributing to their continuous improvement
- Collaboration and evaluation together with key professional resources in the company and group, to achieve the necessary goals and results
- Support and contribute to improvements/changes within the department and elsewhere in the organization
- There will be some operational tasks beyond the driver role in the tender and contract work

Qualifications and experience:
- Higher education in commercial/legal subjects, if you have relevant experience from contract work or project management can compensate for lack of formal education
- Knowledge of Norwegian export legislation is an advantage, but training will be provided
- If you have elevant international experience it can be an advantage
- You are good at communicating in writing and orally, both in Norwegian and English
