Nammo is looking for a skilled IT Operations Administrator for our central IT organization. The main focus of the position is the operation, optimization and further development of both cloud services and on-premises solutions.

About the position:

As IT Operations Administrator, you will have a central role in the daily operation of Nammo's IT environment. You will contribute to ensuring that our cloud and on-premises solutions are stable, secure and efficient. The workday consists of monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance, as well as continuous improvement through automation and optimization. You will also participate in projects related to upgrades, migrations and the introduction of new technologies, and work closely with both internal professional environments and external suppliers.

Tasks:

• Operation, monitoring and maintenance of cloud services and associated infrastructure

• Administration of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM/Intune)

• Automation of operational processes (PowerShell and scripting)

• Administration of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and DFS

• Participation in projects related to migrations, upgrades and new solutions

• Documentation and sharing of knowledge internally

Desirable qualifications:

• Vocational college or bachelor's degree in IT

• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English

• Experience in operating Microsoft technology and cloud services

• Competence in one or more of the following areas:
  - Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune
  - Endpoint Manager / SCCM
  - PowerShell and automation
  - Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and DFS
  - MS SQL and PostgreSQL (an advantage)
  - VMware (or other hypervisors)
  - Windows Server and Linux-based operating systems
