Nammo Raufoss AS is experiencing strong growth and is expanding its Quality System and Audit department. The department is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the company's management system, where internal audits are an important tool for verifying compliance between executive practice and the management system's guidelines.

Main tasks:

  • Plan, conduct and follow up internal quality audits

  • External quality audits are owned by SQM (Purchasing), but contributions to their group may be relevant

  • Support the operational quality assurance department

  • Contribute in customer/certification audits

  • Participate in internal improvement projects

  • Plan and conduct internal training

Education and experience:

  • BSc or equivalent in technical subjects

  • Experience/understanding in the use of ISO 9001, AQAP2110 and preferably AS9100

  • Auditing skills and experience would be an advantage

  • Knowledge of 6 sigma, SPS, DFMEA/PFMEA and other statistical methods is an advantage

  • Desirable with experience from a manufacturing company

  • Good Norwegian and English skills

  • Independent and responsible

  • Ability to think analytically and critically

  • Ability to interpret theoretical requirements and understand when these are acceptably implemented in practice

  • Good communication skills, both written and oral

  • Good collaboration skills, like to deal with people
