Work tasks
The position has varied work tasks within the quality profession. You will, among other things:
Be a professional resource and supporter in the company
Collaborate closely with R&D, test, production, and subcontractors
Identify and risk assess relevant requirements
Lead quality activities according to Nammos management system and customer expectations
Drive improvement and streamlining work in multidisciplinary teams
Work with high-tech products with very high quality requirements
Establish and review project specific documents and technical documentation
Be an active driver in the qualification of our future products

Role options
We are seeking experienced candidates for one or more of the following roles:
Project QA - Development
Key role from concept phase to finished product, responsible for quality in product and process development, testing and verification.
Project QA - Serial Production
Follow-up of qualified rocket and ammunition products, compliance with requirements, certification before delivery and close cooperation with the test environments.
Production quality
Support the production environments, increase quality understanding and ensure good quality assurance processes across the production areas.
We are looking for you who have
At least 5 years of experience in quality work or experience from development projects or production - preferably from the defense, aerospace or other high-tech industry
Higher technical education in engineering
Understanding of quality requirements eg. ISO 9001, AS9100, AQAP or similar
Good understanding of technical drawings, product development or production processes
Good communication skills
Analytical and structured work style
Good Norwegian and English skills
The position requires that you can be security cleared by national security authorities at level confidential and can provide a valid police certificate.
