Nammo Raufoss is in the process of establishing a new factory for mechanical production of components for our products. The factory is expected to have approximately 80 employees at full operation.

As HSE manager in this factory, you will have a central role in developing and improving our HSE work. You will work closely with management and employees in HSE matters, and have the opportunity to develop professionally. The job involves following up on the systematic HSE work in the department and involvement in exciting projects. Through this work, you can help Nammo maintain its position as a world-leading supplier of defense products.

Typical tasks will, for example, be to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, prepare risk assessments, provide guidance to the department's management and employees in HSE matters, follow-up of unwanted incidents and deviations, participation in audits and general development of the department's HSE work.

Qualifications:

• Vocational school education or higher education

• Prior experience can compensate for formal education

• Experience in HSE work

• Ability to put theory into practice
