The explosives department at Nammo Raufoss AS consists of 140 employees. The department produces energetic materials, ammunition components, shoulder-fired rocket systems and finished ammunition for military use.

We need dedicated operators who want to take part in the production of high-tech products. For the right person, we can offer varied and independent tasks in a good working environment.

We have over 100 different production processes that over time give the employee varied tasks and the opportunity to gain a broad experience in an exciting field. Education and qualifications:

• Professional certificate Production Engineering or relevant background

• Good ability to acquire new knowledge

• Dedicated, accurate and reliable

• Desirable with experience from goods-producing production

• Good computer skills

• Focus on HSE, quality and continuous improvement work (LEAN, 5S, SMED)

Personal qualities:
