Nammo Raufoss, which will be the workplace, is a cornerstone company in the industrial park at Raufoss with over 1,300 employees.
As Manager Project/Manager Sales and Market in Nammo, you will be responsible for positioning Nammo in the market and ensuring the sale of Nammo products to various customers, both to other companies and to national authorities.
In the job, you will experience a wide range of tasks and meeting points with the government level, other defense industry, to users of Nammo's products nationally and internationally. The applicant must have the ability to create and maintain good cooperation with different types of relationships, including government level, customers, users and other industry relations.
Strong demands are placed on independence and responsibility, but there is also great flexibility for the employee to manage and influence their own workday.
Responsibilities and tasks:
Responsibility for positioning Nammo, and Nammo's products in the market, for different types of cooperation and customer relations
Influence processes and projects that can help strengthen Nammo's position in the market
Monitor and follow the military's needs for different types of material now and in the future
Lead, support or follow internal processes according to Nammo Management System and Nammo Project Management
Build and maintain trust between Nammo and external relations
Qualifications:
Experience with or good knowledge of military capabilities
Bachelor's or Master's degree from the armed forces, industrial subjects or economics, but relevant experience can compensate for lack of education
Must be fluent in Norwegian and English orally and in writing, third language is also an advantage
