
We are strengthening the Ammunition Program Office and are looking for an experienced and structured Program Manager to lead the program area for aircraft ammunition 20/25 mm. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for a product area with high technological complexity and strategic importance.

What the job entails
You manage the portfolio, projects and take care of product configuration and change management. You collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that the product area delivers according to quality, time, cost and contract.
Duties:
Lead and develop the program area in line with strategies and market needs
Lead some of the projects in the project portfolio
Have the technical responsibility for the products in the portfolio
Establish and maintain volume base and capacity framework
Ensure controlled and predictable deliverability
Coordinate cross-functional teams and support project managers with progress and risk management
Own and manage the product configuration with full traceability to production and delivery
Track revenue, cost, margin and risk at program level, costs, margin and risk at program level
Ensure correct and timely invoicing and cost follow-up
Identify and follow up deviations and improvement measures
We are looking for you who have:
Relevant higher education in technology, engineering or equivalent
Experience with program or project management, preferably from industry, goods production or defense
Good understanding of complex products and interdisciplinary processes
Good communication skills in Norwegian and English
