Nammo is in the midst of a period of strong growth and industrial upscaling. Responsibilities and tasks

  • Build the department and lead the group, including hiring the right people within a varied field of expertise.

  • Establish and further develop an organization that brings together and leads a complex professional group within industrialization, automation and related support functions.

  • Prioritize and coordinate development resources to ensure effective implementation of projects.

  • Initiate and drive continuous improvement work (Lean, agile methods, etc.).

  • Responsible for the development and further development of processes, methods and tools within the department.

  • Contribute to innovation, digitization and technological renewal in close collaboration with other departments.

  • Ensure good follow-up of HSE, quality and compliance with internal standards.

  • Participate actively in the company's management team and contribute to strategic development.

Qualifications

  • Engineering education at bachelor's level or higher

  • Good technical understanding

  • Desirable with previous management experience

  • Experience in production, continuous improvement work, automation and investment projects is an advantage
