
Nammo Raufoss is growing and we need to qualify more people, faster, safer and more predictably. Now we are looking for an HR Specialist Competence who can connect competence needs (requirements, gaps and critical competencies) to concrete learning plans, learning paths and support packages that actually work in operation.
Nammo Raufoss is a cornerstone company in the industrial park at Raufoss with over 1600 employees. We are part of an international group that develops and manufactures technological equipment for civilian and military customers. In the HR department at Nammo Raufoss, we are now 15 employees and in strong growth. We are organized in teams that support both operations and development in a complex industrial business. Team Kompetanse is our specialized professional and support function for learning and qualification, and we work closely with the professional environments to make learning feasible in operations and documentable where required.
As part of Team Kompetanse, you get a varied everyday life at the intersection of competence, learning and system support. You will help to further develop learning paths, learning resources and practices in our LMS (Learning management system), and support the organization in simplifying and professionalizing the work with competence and learning, across professional groups.
Together with colleagues in Team Competence and in close collaboration with operations and the professional environment, you will be able to work with:
contribute to overview and decision-making through mapping of competence and analysis in prioritized areas
develop and further develop holistic learning paths
develop practical learning resources, both digital and physical, that support learning in everyday work life
support managers, coordinators and instructors with structure, pedagogical tools and clear standards
contribute to quality, documentation and common practices in the learning work, in collaboration with the LMS and course manager
contribute flexibly where there is a need in the competence and learning field
We are looking for you who have:
Higher education in HR, pedagogy, organization, learning/development - or equivalent. Relevant experience can compensate for formal education
experience with competence, learning or development work: mapping of needs, development of learning paths, course development and/or learning design
experience with strategic competence work: developing competence profiles and overviews (requirements/gaps), identifying critical/vulnerable competencies and translating insights into prioritized measures and learning paths that work in operation
digital interest and competence to develop learning resources with modern tools.
experience from industry or environments with clear requirements for quality, safety and structure is an advantage
good communication skills and enjoy guiding and building competence in others
