Nammo Raufoss AS is experiencing strong growth and is looking to expand its Quality System and Audit Department. The department is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the company’s management system, where internal audits are an important tool for verifying compliance between operational practices and the management system’s guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal quality audits

• External quality audits are the responsibility of SQM (Purchasing), but contributions to their team may be relevant

• Support the operational quality assurance department

• Contribute to customer/certification audits

• Participate in internal improvement projects

• Plan and conduct internal training

Education and experience:

• BSc or equivalent in a technical field

• Experience with and understanding of ISO 9001, AQAP2110, and preferably AS9100

• Audit expertise and experience are a plus

• Knowledge of Six Sigma, SPS, DFMEA/PFMEA, and other statistical methods is an advantage

• Experience from a manufacturing company is desirable

• Strong Norwegian and English language skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Good teamwork skills; enjoys interacting with people
